Piyasha Sarkar has a range of professional experiences in various roles and industries. Piyasha currently works at Atheneum as a Senior Associate I in Global Markets Insight. Piyasha gained further experience in the field of bioengineering as a Bioengineering Shadow at Kinetics Prosthetics and through a two-day externship at Johnson & Johnson.

Piyasha Sarkar has a diverse educational background in the field of bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Piyasha pursued their Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering at Lehigh University from 2017 to 2021, obtaining their Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering in May 2021. Piyasha then enrolled in Columbia University in 2021 to pursue a Master of Science - MS degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Prior to their undergraduate studies, Piyasha completed their high school education at North Penn High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective in May 2020.
