Robert Hicks

Robert Hicks is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Atheneum since January 2023, Robert previously held the role of Group HR Director at Reward Gateway from July 2015 to October 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing employee engagement globally. Earlier roles include interim HR positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Exponential-e, where Robert contributed to significant business growth and development initiatives. A graduate of Imperial College London with an MBA and holding MSc and BA degrees from London South Bank University in Human Resources and Politics, respectively, Robert brings a comprehensive educational and practical foundation to the field.
