Sean Odipo

Sean Odipo has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2017. Sean worked as a Marketing Intern at Next Technologies Limited from June to August 2017. In 2018, they participated in the EY trajectory program as part of the Cybersecurity workstream from January to May. Sean then joined ISUZU EAST AFRICA Ltd as a Marketing Intern in June and July 2019. From 2018 to 2020, Sean worked at the University at Albany, SUNY, first as a Student Technical Staff for Campus Center Connections from January 2018 to May 2020, and then as an ITS End User Support Assistant for the Information Technology and Services Helpdesk from May 2018 to May 2020. In 2020, they joined Trustco Bank as an Associate Banker from November 2020 to April 2021, and later as a Senior Associate Banker from April to August 2021. Sean'sresponsibilities included lead generation, account creation, mortgage applications, enforcing operational policies, minimizing risk, ensuring compliance, and providing customer support. In 2021, Sean became an Associate, Global Business Development at GivePower, where they conducted research on new business opportunities, market research, entry strategy, and CRM software implementation. Sean also participated in key strategic projects, developed CRM requirements, and tested CRM software applications. Currently, Sean is working as a Global Market Insights Analyst at Atheneum, where they aim to provide faster insights and better data beyond conventional desktop research.

Sean Odipo attended West Nairobi School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following that, they went on to study at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2016 to 2020. During their time there, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics.
