Sofia Eberl began their work experience in 2015 at Evalueserve, where they started as an HR Compliance Associate and later transitioned to the role of Business Analyst. Sofia worked at Evalueserve until 2021. In 2021, they joined Atheneum as an Associate, and later became a Human Resources Generalist in May 2022.

Sofia Eberl has an extensive education history. Sofia obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Hotel Management and Administration/Gestion Hotelera from the Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, INACAP in 2009. Sofia then pursued further education and completed a degree in Ingeniería in Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines from the same university.

In 2023, Sofia enrolled at the Universidad Andres Bello and completed a program to obtain their Magister en Dirección de Personas y Gestión de Talento, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
