Lorin Sheaffer currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Cyber & SIGINT at Athenix Solutions Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Strategic Resource Manager for HR/Talent Acquisition at Leidos, where responsibilities involved collaborating with leadership to optimize staffing solutions, as well as serving as a lead recruiter for the Intelligence community. Sheaffer has extensive experience in talent acquisition, managing recruitment efforts for various IT and healthcare roles across multiple companies, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Skyline Technology Solutions, and Tech USA, among others. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
