Kirsten Hansen

Director of Customer Success at Athennian

Kirsten Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kirsten began their career as a Records Management Intern at the City of London, Canada in 2013 before moving on to work as a Youth Leadership Coordinator at Halifax Regional Municipality for a brief period in 2014. Hansen then joined Access Information Management as an Information Governance Consultant, where they worked from 2014 to 2019. In this role, they gained valuable expertise in information management and governance. In 2019, Hansen transitioned to Athennian, where they held various roles, including Manager of Customer Onboarding from 2019 to 2021, Director of Customer Onboarding from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Success starting from June 2022. Throughout their career, Kirsten Hansen has demonstrated a strong focus on customer success and delivering exceptional service.

Kirsten Hansen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at the University of King's College from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.S.) degree at Western University from 2012 to 2014.
