Sanika Watson

Sanika Watson has worked in various customer-oriented roles throughout their career. Sanika started as a Sales Associate at TigerDirect Business in November 2013. Sanika then moved on to Data Circuit Systems, Inc. in April 2014, where they served as a Client Relations Associate. Their responsibilities in this role included being the lead point of contact for customer escalations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions. In 2016, they joined Circuit-Tech Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where they focused on building relationships with clients and managing their accounts. Sanika also served as a Team Lead Business Development, coordinating with internal resources to fulfill customer requirements and respond to bid requests. In 2019, they joined Pathway Communications as a Lead - Client Success, responsible for monitoring metrics, developing actionable insights, and managing long-term contract renewals with corporate clients. In 2022, they joined Athennian as a Customer Success Manager.
