Alasdair Glen

Alasdair Glen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and marketing partnerships. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Zitcha since August 2025, Alasdair previously held the position of Customer Success Director at RevLifter from September 2019, where responsibilities included managing the RevPage product and improving customer success processes. Alasdair was also a pioneering member of the Customer Success team at RevLifter, focusing on enterprise customer relationships. Earlier career roles include Group Head of Affiliates and Partnerships at THG, where Alasdair contributed to a significant revenue increase, and various internships in marketing. Alasdair holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Leeds and participated in an exchange program at City University of Hong Kong.
