Olivia Bontempo

Olivia Bontempo is a dedicated sports writer currently contributing to The Red & Black Publishing Co., focusing on UGA baseball and women's golf. In addition to writing, Olivia serves as a Golf Shop Assistant at Athens Country Club, managing merchandise and customer service. Previous experience includes an internship as a Sports Trader Intern with FanDuel, where collaboration with MLB traders was key, and a role in Production Support for CBS Sports during live SEC broadcasts. Olivia also worked as a Summer Baseball Journalist for Perfect Game USA, conducting interviews and writing about college recruits. Additional experience includes audio engineering for the UGA Athletic Association and coaching cheerleading at The Peach Pit Gymnastics. Olivia is pursuing dual degrees in Journalism and Finance at the University of Georgia, expected to graduate in May 2025.
