Luciana Cicolo

Luciana Cicolo serves as the CFO and HR at Eletro Equip Sistemas Multimidia Ltda since March 2013, overseeing Finance, People, and Supply Chain divisions. Additionally, Luciana holds the title of Master Coaching Criacional at Athié Wohnrath since November 2018 and has served as CFO & HR at Athié Wohnrath DIGITAL. Prior professional experiences include roles as National Purchasing Manager at J. Macedo S/A, Sourcing and Supplier Development Manager at Danone Brazil, and Purchasing Director and Manager at L'Oréal. Earlier in Luciana's career, positions included Coordinator of Information and Engineering at Coca-Cola FEMSA. Luciana's academic qualifications encompass an XBA in Business Administration from Nova School of Business and Economics, a MasterMind LINCE in People Management from the Napoleon Hill Foundation, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a postgraduate degree in Industrial Management from USP. Luciana earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
