Anne-Laure Debaisieux

Anne-Laure Debaisieux has extensive experience in compliance roles, with their most recent position being the Head of Compliance at Athora. Prior to that, they held similar positions at NELB, Partners, and ERGO INSURANCE (Belgium). Anne-Laure also worked as a Compliance expert at DKV Belgium and as a Juriste specializing in Privacy & Compliance at Generali Belgium. Anne-Laure started their career at MetLife as a Juriste focusing on privacy, legal, and compliance.

Anne-Laure Debaisieux's education history is as follows:

In 1998, Anne-Laure received a maitrise en droit francais des affaires from IDAI.

From 2003 to 2004, they studied at Aen Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, where they earned a post graduate diploma in International Commercial Arbitration.

From 2004 to 2006, Anne-Laure pursued a Master after Master degree in International comparative & European Studies at VUB in Brussels.

From 2007 to 2009, they attended FuCam (CeFIAD) in Mons, Belgium, and obtained a Certificat in Insurance studies & law.

In 2013, Anne-Laure completed a Professional License Certificate in Compliance in Insurance from Insert in Brussels.

Lastly, in 2018, they obtained a DPO certification in GDPR from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
