Vincent Terra

Vincent Terra is a Senior Associate in M&A at Athora since November 2021, specializing in M&A and reinsurance transactions. Prior to this role, Vincent served at KPMG from May 2018 to October 2021 as a Senior Manager and Manager in the actuarial field, focusing on actuarial modeling, M&A, IFRS 17 implementation, and business development. Vincent gained experience at EY between September 2015 and May 2018 as a Senior Actuarial Consultant, where responsibilities included the migration and optimization of actuarial models. Earlier roles include Consulting Actuary positions at Périclès Actuarial and Mazars, where Vincent dealt with M&A, Solvency II, ALM studies, and actuarial modeling.
