Yolanda Hall

Yolanda Hall is an experienced professional specializing in culture change and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Behaviour Change at Ocorian since April 2023. In addition, Yolanda holds the position of Cultural Conditions Vice President at Citi, where responsibilities include designing and implementing culture change programmes within the Global ACT Team. Previously, Yolanda was the Global Culture and Inclusion Manager at Vodafone, focusing on employee engagement and the company's Inclusion for All strategy. At PwC, Yolanda was the Culture and Values Manager, where role included translating people strategies into innovative interventions. Yolanda has also worked as a Change Management Consultant at PwC and as a People Advisory Consultant at EY, gaining extensive experience in change and learning programmes. Early career experience includes an internship in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Financial Services at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP. Yolanda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Sciences from UCL and has completed A Levels and GCSEs in various subjects.
