Cynthia G. has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 1990 as a Graduate & Professional Exams' Instructor & Subjects' Tutor for Contractor/Independent. In 2000, they began working as a Consultant for Independent/Other. From 2003 to 2007, they were a Graduate Exam Instructor for Diagnostic Educational Resources, and from 2007 to 2013, they were an Information Technology Manager for Amtrak. In 2013, they became a Global Laboratory Project for Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). From 2015 to 2017, Cynthia worked as a Group Performance Chief for Fighterdiet, and from 2019 to 2022, they were a Coach Team/Challenge Group Performance Manager, Data Cruncher, and Coach Lead. Currently, Cynthia is the Chief Technology Officer for ACP Decisions and the Founder & Chief Technology Officer for I N T E L E K E Y.

Cynthia G. has a diverse educational background. Cynthia holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mary Baldwin University. Cynthia has also been autodidactically studying Mathematics, Literature, Engineering, Physics, and other topics. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as the MIT xPRO Applying Machine Learning to Engineering and Science in April 2022, Mathematics of Big Data and Machine Learning in February 2021, LQ2 Leadership: Quantitative and Qualitative Approaches in January 2019, Fighterdiet Coach in December 2017, Data Science in 2014, SAP Business Process Optimization in 2012, and is currently in progress of obtaining the IBM Machine Learning Professional Certificate.
