About the role 🚀

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be at the forefront of sourcing and securing top technical talent for our clients. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client needs to placing the right candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout.

This position requires a driven, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the workforce for our clients, leveraging your recruitment expertise to make strategic hires that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
  • Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the Sourcing Team to design and implement best practice sourcing strategies, building a strong talent pipeline through effective advertising and posting methodologies.
  • Job Postings & Descriptions: Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and job advertisements to attract the right candidates for each role.
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring high-quality placements.
  • Candidate Endorsement: Ensure that only the most qualified candidates are endorsed for client interviews.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding support, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates and clients.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform ad hoc duties and project work as required.

The Successful Applicant 🙋🏻

  • English at a near-native level (oral and written).
  • 3+ years experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the full technical recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques for technical roles.
  • Experience using tech assessment tools and/or platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and technical candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever needed.
