I've been on a running kick for the past six months, gradually pushing my race distances higher. My goal? Tackle a half marathon in 2024. Running has been my therapy.   • What part of your job gives you most energy?

    The part of my job that energizes me the most is seeing results from what I've been doing. Knowing that I can teach others and bring good outcomes to the team gives me a lot of energy and the desire to always do more. The icing on the cake for my development is recognition. Being recognized is my fuel for success. Knowing that I'm on the right path to achieve my goals brings me peace and excitement.
