Chef Bilal began his career as a Chef De Partie in 1997. Since then he has gained experience andknowledge in various cuisines and positions as he advanced at ATICO Fakhreldin Group for over 20 years. Currently Chef Bilal is the Executive Chef of AlQasr Metropole Hotel, leading the kitchen and in charge of all back of house activities, from menu planning and ordering, to mentoring kitchen staff.
