Michele Onorato

Michele Onorato has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and Organization. Michele currently holds the role of Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at Atitech S.p.A., a leading aircraft maintenance company in the EMEA market. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at DEMA spa and Natuzzi, where they were responsible for managing the HR functions and organizational development. Michele has also held key HR positions at ILVA SpA, Coesia S.p.A., Philips-Saeco, Saeco International Group, and Indesit Company, where they demonstrated their expertise in managing HR activities and industrial relations. Throughout their career, Michele has consistently shown a strong commitment to driving organizational success through effective HR strategies.

Michele Onorato completed their education at two different institutions. From 1991 to 1996, they attended Liceo Scientifico E. Majorana, where they obtained their Diploma in Maturità Scientifica. Michele then went on to the University of Naples 'Parthenope' from 1996 to 2000, where they earned their Laurea degree in Economia Aziendale.
