Adam Lucas is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at AtkinsRéalis, with a career that spans over two decades in the rail industry. Since September 2018, Adam has focused on managing projects within the Rail Team at Atkins, previously holding the same title at Atkins until September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Colas Rail UK, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple schemes, particularly within the Wessex Capacity Alliance at Waterloo. Adam's early roles involved assistant project management positions at Serco and Serco Docklands, overseeing track and civil projects, as well as providing career transition guidance for armed forces personnel with the Career Transition Partnership.
