Kreasen Pather

Kreasen Pather has a strong background in project management and leadership roles. Kreasen is currently working as a Project Delivery Lead at AtkinsRealis. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Director at AECOM. Kreasen has also worked as a PMC Technical Director at Zutari and a Project Manager at Egis Engineering Saudi Arabia.

Before joining these companies, Kreasen was the CEO of K Pather & Associates, overseeing the company's operations from 2017 to 2021. Kreasen has also held positions such as Construction Manager at Archen Engineering Consultants and Executive Manager at Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA).

Kreasen has considerable experience in the aviation industry, having served as the Director of Aviation at Royal HaskoningDHV and the Director of Technical Services at Aurecon. During their tenure, they were involved in various airport projects, including Kilimanjaro, Maputo, OR Tambo, and Cape Town International Airports.

Throughout their career, Kreasen has developed expertise in business development, client liaison, and team management. Kreasen has also been involved in transportation and property development projects, showcasing their diverse skill set.

Kreasen Pather completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in the years 1980 to 1985. In 1998, they also completed an Executive Development Programme in Business Development from Wits University Business School. Later on, in 2009, they completed a Leadership Development Programme in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Aurecon.
