Supraja Sridharan

Supraja Sridharan, P.Eng, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management & Continuous Improvement at AtkinsRéalis since September 2017. In this role, Supraja develops and implements best practices in Enterprise Risk Management, formulates risk management frameworks, collaborates with management and partners on risk mitigation strategies, and oversees the establishment of tools and processes for data-driven risk analysis. Previous positions include Manager of Risk Management, where risk assessments for mega projects were led, and Project Risk Lead at TSSA, where extensive risk assessments and operational governance were operationalized. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
