Suzie MacAulay-Young

Suzie Macaulay-Young is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director at AtkinsRéalis since October 2019, Suzie advises the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology division on all people-related matters. Previous roles include Group Head of Talent at FirstGroup plc, Management Consultant at EY, and Senior Manager in various capacities at John Lewis and Waitrose, where Suzie led significant talent development initiatives and operational transformations. Suzie began their career as a Troop Commander in the British Army and holds both an MBA from Henley Business School and a BA in Business Economics from the University of Leeds.
