Will Black is currently the Lead Project Manager for the East Harbour Transit Hub Alliance in Toronto, ON. They previously held positions as an Assistant Project Manager and Segment Lead during the Phase 2 Ottawa LRT - O-Train South Extension Rail Transit project while working at AtkinsRéalis. Will also gained experience as a Civil Engineer in Training at American Iron & Metal and as a Buyer and Project Coordinator at North America Construction (PVT) LTD. They are pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University.
