Paata Kikilashvili

Paata Kikilashvili has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2023. Currently serving as the Lead IT Project Manager at Pubgenius Inc., their responsibilities include overseeing the company's project portfolio and leading the implementation of various systems to improve reporting accuracy and resource management. Prior to this role, they worked as the Lead IT Project Manager at Redberry • რედბერი leading a team of project managers and implementing the KPI framework in the organization. Paata also served as a Senior IT Project Manager within the same company. Before joining Redberry, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Asseco Georgia and gained experience in the field of Assurance Services at EY. Additionally, they hold experience as an Intern at Innova Consulting and a Marketing Team Member at Ecoupon.ge (Online Retail Company Startup). Paata Kikilashvili started their education at Dedoplistskaro N1 Public School in 2001 and continued until 2012. Paata then attended Roff High School in Oklahoma, USA, from 2012 to 2013. After completing high school, they enrolled at the Free University of Tbilisi from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on finance.

In addition to their formal education, Paata Kikilashvili has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the HICD methodology training provided by USAID and the Taxation in Georgia program offered by BDO Georgia. In 2017, they achieved ACCA certifications in F1 (Accountant in Business) and F2 (Management Accounting). Furthermore, in 2023, they obtained the Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
