Giles Wintle has a significant amount of experience in the real estate industry, with notable roles at various companies. Giles started their career as an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they focused on investment origination and execution in the UK and France. Giles then moved on to BNP Paribas as a Vice President, where they worked on global mergers and acquisitions. Wintle later joined GIC Real Estate as a Senior Vice President, where they focused on investment in direct real estate, partnerships, and asset management. Giles then joined Grosvenor Group, where they served as an Executive Director, CIO, Regional Director, and Managing Director, overseeing fund management, principal investment, and development. Wintle then co-founded Cassian, a company specializing in French real estate investment markets. Giles subsequently joined Avison Young Investment Management - Europe as a Principal and Managing Director. Currently, Wintle holds the position of Head of Institutional Business at ATLAND, responsible for developing institutional partnerships for the company.

Giles Wintle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from HEC Paris, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004.
