Giles Wintle

Giles Wintle has a significant amount of experience in the real estate industry, with notable roles at various companies. Giles started their career as an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they focused on investment origination and execution in the UK and France. Giles then moved on to BNP Paribas as a Vice President, where they worked on global mergers and acquisitions. Wintle later joined GIC Real Estate as a Senior Vice President, where they focused on investment in direct real estate, partnerships, and asset management. Giles then joined Grosvenor Group, where they served as an Executive Director, CIO, Regional Director, and Managing Director, overseeing fund management, principal investment, and development. Wintle then co-founded Cassian, a company specializing in French real estate investment markets. Giles subsequently joined Avison Young Investment Management - Europe as a Principal and Managing Director. Currently, Wintle holds the position of Head of Institutional Business at ATLAND, responsible for developing institutional partnerships for the company.

Giles Wintle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from HEC Paris, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Giles also has a degree named MRICS in Real Estate from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which they completed from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, Wintle has a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the "PCAP Certified Associate in Python Programming" certification from the Python Institute in 2023, along with the "AI For Everyone" certification from Coursera in 2022, and the "PCEP - Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer" certification from the Python Institute in 2022.
