Sierra Dimberg

Sierra Dimberg, PhD, is a highly experienced team psychologist currently working with the Atlanta Falcons and Phoenix Mercury since 2024. Sierra serves as a consultant at The Tatnuck Group and is the founder and CEO of Camelback Performance & Consulting, both of which began in early 2023. Previously, Sierra worked as a sport psychologist for the Phoenix Suns and Banner Health, and held the position of assistant clinical professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. From August 2019 to September 2023, Sierra was the associate director of psychology training and department head at the US Navy's Oceana NAS Medical Clinic. Academic qualifications include a PhD and master's degree in counseling psychology from Arizona State University, and a BA in psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
