Tilnisha Rosser

Tilnisha Rosser, Ed.S. has extensive experience in the education sector. Tilnisha is currently the Director of Student Support Services at Bibb County School District since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Atlanta Public Schools. From 2017 to the present, they were the Special Education Lead for Data and Compliance, and from 2018 to 2022, they served as the Special Education Coordinator. Tilnisha also worked as a Special Education Lead Teacher from 2011 to 2017. Before joining Atlanta Public Schools, they worked as an Instructional Designer from 2008 to 2011.

Tilnisha Rosser, Ed.S. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Morris Brown College between 1996 and 2001. Tilnisha then pursued a Master's degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University from 2005 to 2007. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Lincoln Memorial University to complete an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Currently, they are studying for a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Special Education and Teaching at Liberty University, which is anticipated to be completed by 2024.
