Kim Wilson is the founder of SocialNewsDesk, a company that provides publishing-automation technology to optimize social media usage in newsrooms. With experience as a startup mentor at Atlanta Tech Village and a member of the University of Florida Telecommunications Advisory Council, Kim also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Florida, teaching entrepreneurial journalism. As a co-founder of Camp Pete, a sports-themed virtual world for kids, Kim contributed to the media landscape from 2008 to 2010. Prior work includes serving as the executive producer of news at WJXT, where Kim led a team to maintain the station's top market position. Kim Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida.
