Amy MacFarlane

Amy MacFarlane, CPA, CA, ICD.D, currently serves as Board Chair and Director for Green Diamond Equipment since 2018, and previously held roles including Vice Chair and Director. Additionally, MacFarlane is the President and Board Chair at PEI Bag Company, overseeing the Audit and Risk Committee since July 2019. At the University of Prince Edward Island, MacFarlane has been an Assistant Professor since 2007, teaching various accounting courses and previously serving as Director of Business Co-operative Education and University Senator. Other directorships include Atlantic Aqua Farms Ltd. and past positions at PEI Bag Holdings Limited, as well as leadership roles at KPMG and Ernst & Young. MacFarlane holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education from the University of Prince Edward Island and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Acadia University.
