Erin Eisner

Erin Eisner is an experienced HR Director specializing in DEI, talent development, and employee relations at Atlantic Aviation since June 2023. With a strong academic background, Erin serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, teaching employment law's intersection with human resources. As the Founder and CEO of work/REFINED from June 2020 to June 2023, Erin provided advisory services to organizations on transforming people and culture. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer for People and Culture and Deputy General Counsel at the Boy Scouts of America, alongside legal positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Erin holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
