Julien Signes

Julien Signes currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Video Network at Synamedia, leading the global Video Processing Team since January 2019. As CEO of Scale Up Corp, also since January 2017, Julien advises and invests in innovative startups, focusing on strategy review and fundraising. In the same year, Julien became a Senior Advisor at Atlantic Bridge, providing insights on deal sourcing, strategic partnerships, and portfolio management. Prior roles include Head of Envivio integration at Ericsson, where Julien facilitated team integration in the Media Business Unit, and President, CEO, and Founder of Envivio, where significant contributions included transitioning the video industry to software/cloud solutions and leading the company through substantial growth and a successful IPO. Julien's career began at France Telecom as a Senior Project Manager, pioneering MPEG-4 developments and securing several patents. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from École Polytechnique and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Télécom Paris, among others.
