Tarja Thigpen

Tarja Thigpen has extensive experience in human resources and accounting, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Atlantic Casualty Insurance Co. since October 2019, where responsibilities include establishing partnerships to recruit and retain associates. Prior roles at Atlantic included Human Resources Generalist and Payroll and HR Specialist. Tarja has a solid background in accounting, having worked as a Staff Accountant at LGM Enterprises LLC and as an Accounting & HR Manager at Strickland Insurance Brokers. Additionally, prior to these roles, Tarja held the position of Accounting Associate at Strickland Insurance Group. Tarja earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University between 2004 and 2008.
