Kristina M. Pakrul

Kristina M. Pakrul, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Atlantic Federal Credit Union, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include contributing to the strategic plan, managing HR functions, and focusing on policy development, employee relations, and training programs. Prior to this role, Kristina worked as a Benefits Coordinator at OceanFirst Bank following its acquisition of Two River Community Bank, where Kristina had served as a Human Resources Coordinator. Additional experience includes positions as a Recruiter at Amazon and a Human Resources Assistant at O'Donnell Plumbing Heating & Air. Kristina holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Arcadia University.
