Sangita Damania is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in technology education and systems consulting. Currently, Sangita leads training initiatives at Atlantic Health System, delivering a comprehensive mandatory training package for over 30,000 learners. Previous roles include serving as a Computer Technology Instructor at Memorial School, where Sangita designed and implemented coursework for a diverse learner population, and as a Computer Teacher K-8 at St. Joseph's School, developing a technology curriculum. Earlier experience includes senior systems consulting and programming roles at various organizations, including AIG and Prudential. Sangita holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with a New Jersey teaching certificate in Computer Science Technology.
