Peter Wouters has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Peter began their career as a Lease Consultant at D'Ieteren in 2004 before moving on to become an Account Manager at Bank J. Van Breda & C° in 2006. Peter then transitioned to District Manager at D'Ieteren, where they supervised and managed approximately 30 concessions in Brussels and Flanders, focusing on increasing sales performance and profitability.
In 2012, Wouters joined Bank Nagelmackers as a Regio Manager, before taking on the role of Store Manager on a project basis at Tesla Motors from 2016 to 2016. In their current role at Atlantic Money, they serve as the Executive Director responsible for operations, risk management, partnerships, finance, and HR. Wouters was instrumental in setting up a new company in Belgium and obtaining a PSD2 payment license from the National Bank in less than 18 months.

Peter Wouters started their education journey in 1998 at Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Toegepaste Informatica from 1998 to 2001. Following that, in 2001-2002, they pursued a Voortgezet opleiding na Bachelor in Strategisch KMO-Management at Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen. In 2002-2003, Peter enrolled in VLEKHO Business School Brussel and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Bedrijfseconomie en - Management. Later, in 2003-2004, they studied at the same institution, VLEKHO Business School Brussel, and successfully achieved a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business Management. Lastly, in 2010-2011, Peter attended FEBIAC, where they completed a Master's degree in Advanced Automotive Management.
