Andrew Rodriguez is the Coordinator of Student Affairs at the Conservatory of the Atlantic Theater Company. Andrew previously worked as an apprentice at The Juilliard School's Drama Division from August 2020 to August 2021, where they provided artistic and administrative support for online audition processes, PlayLab Series productions, and other mainstage productions. Andrew also curated and maintained the internal industry professional database, served as a liaison between professionals interested in attending the 2021 Juilliard Drama Actor Presentation Showcase, and co-curated and co-facilitated the 2020-2021 initial auditions and final callback weekend for the Drama Division (BFA/MFA Actor Training Program). In addition, Andrew managed and maintained the Lila Acheson Wallace American Playwrights website and 4th-year actor's website, resume, and headshots. Andrew also assisted the Dean, Associate Director, and Managing Director with the programming, organization, and communication of events and meetings. Lastly, they managed attendance tracking and reported all absences for students in our actor-training programs.
Andrew Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Theatre Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. Andrew also has a concentration in Arts Management and Administration.
Andrew Rodriguez reports to Mary McCann, Atlantic Acting School Executive Director. They work with Alison Beatty - Artistic Director of Atlantic for Kids, Heather Baird - Director of Education & Recruitment, and Kyle McRuer - School Coordinator & Interim Accounts Receivable.
