Natalie Grubbs

Natalie Grubbs (Pates), Esq. is a highly experienced professional in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Digital & Business Technology Solutions at Atlantic Union Bank since November 2021. Natalie also holds the title of Senior Vice President and Head of Wholesale Digital at the same institution. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at USAA as Director of Bank Operational Communications & Accessibility from April 2020 to November 2021, and at SunTrust, where positions included FVP of Change Implementation in the Consumer Business Transformation Office and VP roles in Client Information Division and Mortgage Servicing Operations from April 2014 to April 2020. Natalie is an alumna of the University of Exeter.
