Shawn E. O’Brien

Shawn O'Brien is currently serving as the EVP, Consumer, Business and Wealth Group Executive at Atlantic Union Bank since 2019. Prior to this, Shawn held various executive positions at BBVA Compass from 2005 to 2018, including EVP, Consumer Segment Group Executive Director. Shawn also has experience as a Mentor at Techstars since 2019. With a strong educational background, Shawn holds an MBA from the BBVA Compass School of Management at University of Texas, and has also attended ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, The Ohio State University, and Miami University.
