Dr. Stefan Ried

Dr. Stefan Ried is the Founder and Managing Partner of Atlantic Ventures, established in July 2022, focusing on corporate innovation and venture building in Greentech and sustainability. Prior to this, Dr. Ried founded a stealth startup in the Greentech sector from April to June 2022 and served as Principal Analyst and Practice Lead for Market Strategy at Cloudflight from February 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included market research and growth strategy. Dr. Ried led the IoT Research Practice at Crisp Research between March 2017 and May 2022 and held significant roles at Unify, Forrester Research, Software AG, SAP, DP IT Solutions, and Intershop Communications, specializing in technology strategy and product management throughout various tenures. Dr. Ried earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Stuttgart.
