Henrico Ellis has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Henrico began their career as an Accounts Clerk at the Ministry of Finance in 1994 and worked there for five years. In 1999, they joined RBC as a Customer Service Supervisor before transitioning to Global Life Insurance in 2000, where they worked as a Sales Manager for Life Insurance and Annuity Sales. In 2001, Henrico moved to EER Destination & Event Rental as an Operations Manager, overseeing sales and operations. Henrico then joined Atlantis Bahamas in 2012, where they held various positions, including Housekeeping & Special Projects Manager, Bell Desk & Valet Services Manager, Hotel Manager of Front Office Operations, Senior Manager of Bell Desk & Valet Operations, and Associate Director of Guest Services and Concierge. Most recently, in 2022, Henrico took on the role of Director of Hotel Transportation Operations & Guest Experience at Atlantis Bahamas.

Henrico Ellis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with Hospitality from Edinburgh Napier University. Henrico also completed a concentration in Accounting and Finance Studies at the University of The Bahamas. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Business Studies from St. Anne's High School. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various certifications including Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business, Train-the-Trainer Certification from Atlantis Bahamas, Marriott Rewards Auto Graph Collection Certification from Autograph Collection, Certificate in Professional Securities Sales from CLICO Trinidad, Credit & Collection Certification from College of The Bahamas, and American Express Travel Rewards Certification from American Express Global Business Travel.
