Becky Spanos

Becky Spanos has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Becky is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Atlantis Resorts since August 2023. Becky is also the Owner and Co-Founder of Sportivity since February 2023.

Prior to these roles, Becky worked at Pearson for a significant period from September 2009 to August 2023. Their roles at Pearson include Vice President, Employee Learning from September 2021 to August 2023, Director, Efficacy Strategy & Delivery from December 2016 to September 2021, Relationship Manager from January 2013 to December 2016, and Operations Manager from September 2009 to January 2013.

Before joining Pearson, Becky worked at Barbara Speake Stage School as the Head of Junior School Academics / Classroom Teacher from September 2006 to February 2009.

Becky Spanos holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education, which they obtained from the University of Connecticut in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education at the same university from 2001 to 2005. Becky has also obtained various certifications, including Mentor and Mentor Champion from Pearson in November 2022, as well as the Inclusive Learning Experience Explorer certification from Pearson in October 2022.
