Heili Springsteen

Heili Springsteen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and process improvement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Experience at Atlas Air since October 2018. In this role, Heili successfully introduced process dashboards that doubled new pilot hires and streamlined crew hiring processes. Previous positions include Continuous Improvement Manager, where Heili led interdepartmental teams on initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational visibility, and Operational Reporting Analyst, where efforts resulted in substantial shipping cost reductions.
