Jill Coleman

Jill Coleman, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Director of HR & HRBP at Atlas Air, where Jill has held various HR roles since July 2019, including Manager of HR & HRBP and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to Atlas Air, Jill Coleman was employed at Family & Children's Agency from September 2014 to July 2019 as Human Resources Supervisor, responsible for non-Executive level recruiting and onboarding of new hires. Additional experience includes working as a Training Coordinator at Bridgewater Associates from March 2013 to August 2014 and as Office Manager at Island Management LLC from June 2012 to March 2013. Jill Coleman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut in 2012.
