Shawn Mix

Shawn Mix is an experienced Automation and Electrical Controls Engineer with a robust background in designing and managing control systems for various industries, particularly in food and beverage. Since August 2011, Shawn has been with Atlas Automation, focusing on panel design, electrical schematic design, and system design. Previous roles include Electrical Controls Engineer at Odyssey Controls, where project management and custom control panel design were key responsibilities, and Electrical Engineer at ITW United Silicone. Earlier experiences at The Gleason Works, Kaman Industrial Technologies, and Summit Foundry Systems involved supervising the fabrication of control systems and collaborating with engineering teams and vendors. Shawn holds an AAS in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Canton and is currently pursuing further education at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
