Prior roles include being a Founding Partner at Percival Services from January 2020 to May 2022, and a Partner at Paladin Trust from March 2018 to December 2019. Carlo Zola also worked at Capital Group as Vice President, Investment Analyst, and Portfolio Manager from December 2004 to June 2018, and began as a Financial Analyst at Intermonte from July 2002 to December 2004. Academic achievements include a Master's in International Management from Esade and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Università Bocconi.
