Edward Guo

Edward Guo is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Head of Credit at Atlas since September 2022. Prior to this role, Edward was Vice President at Openpay from August 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing consumer credit functions for a Buy Now Pay Later solution. Edward's extensive background at American Express from August 2001 to August 2021 included positions such as Director of Credit Risk Management for Global Personal Loans, where Edward was a founding member responsible for the credit strategy of a multi-billion-dollar product, as well as roles as Chief of Staff in Global Consumer Lending Credit Risk Management and Senior Manager within the Enterprise Data and Analytics group. Edward holds a BA in Computer Science and Economics from New York University, attained in 2001.
