Ishan Roth

Ishan Roth is currently serving as Project Manager Operations in the Scientific Vacuum Division at Atlas Copco since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ishan held several key positions at Leybold from May 2001 to January 2025, including Head of Production Scientific Vacuum, Manager Process Innovation/LEAN Production, and Process Engineer. Ishan's professional journey began as a Process Engineer at Pirelli from July 1996 to April 2001, following a Diploma Student role at Reifenhäuser Gruppe - The Extrusioneers in 1995-1996. Earlier experience includes working as a Werkstudent at DEUTZ AG and as an Industrial Mechanic at Reifenhäuser Gruppe. Ishan holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Industrial Engineering - Manufacturing Technology from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and an Industrial Mechanic qualification from Reifenhäuser GmbH & CO. KG.
