Jennifer Barlow-Bignell

Jennifer Barlow-Bignell, MCIPD has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources, Enabling Functions at Atlas Copco since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Santander UK as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from October 2020 to December 2021, and as an HR Business Partner from September 2018 to September 2020.

Jennifer also has experience in the financial sector, having worked at Numis Securities as an HR Business Partner from January 2018 to September 2018, and as an HR Associate from August 2016 to December 2017. Before that, they worked at British Land & Broadgate Estates as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from April 2016 to July 2016, and as an HR Assistant from June 2015 to April 2016.

Jennifer has also gained experience in HR positions at CQS, Thales, Lloyd's Register, and Invensys through various summer placements and temporary roles. Throughout their career, Jennifer has developed a strong skill set in HR, specifically in business partnering, talent acquisition, and HR administration.

Jennifer Barlow-Bignell, MCIPD, holds an Executive Diploma in Behavioural Science from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, which was completed from 2022 to 2023. In 2021, they obtained a Project Management Qualification (APM) from MOL Learn. Jennifer also achieved a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from MOL Learn, completed between 2015 and 2017. Jennifer's undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Portsmouth, where they earned a First Class BA Hons in Human Resource Management from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, they studied at The College of Richard Collyer from 2010 to 2012.
