Saurabh Khera

Saurabh Khera has over 18 years of experience in various quality and engineering roles. Saurabh is currently the Head of Quality at Atlas Copco, where they are responsible for transforming the factory into a World Class Quality Hub. Prior to this, they worked at Wirtgen India Private Limited as a Quality Manager, where they led quality initiatives for compactors. Saurabh also worked at John Deere in multiple roles, including Senior Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer. Saurabh has experience in new product introduction, line balancing, and quality assurance. Saurabh began their career at Minda Industries as a Product Development Engineer.

Saurabh Khera has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Supply Chain and Operations from Symbiosis International University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed another MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Indo-German Training Centre from 2016 to 2017. Saurabh also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in CAD/CAM and Robotics from Thapar University in Patiala, Punjab, India, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from CRSCE State College of Engineering in Murthal, Haryana, India, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Saurabh has obtained certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ in 2013, GDTP from ASME in 2012, Quality Auditor from ASQ in 2011, and Quality Engineer from ASQ in 2010.
