Yogesh Wadhonkar

Yogesh Wadhonkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as the Head Of New Product Development, R&D and Aftermarket Technical Support at Atlas Copco India Limited since May 2010. In this role, Yogesh focuses on enhancing product leadership through innovation, operational efficiency, and cost management. Previously, Yogesh held significant positions at Cummins Inc., including Executive Manager and Technical Project Leader within the Genset Development Program, as well as at Ashok Leyland as a Sr. Development Engineer, where process automation in suspension system design was a key achievement. Yogesh also has experience in detailed engineering as a Piping Design Engineer at L & T Chiyoda Ltd. and as a Design Engineer at the Centre for Computational Engineering. Yogesh holds an M.E. in Design Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur.
